Sue has worked for WCB for 9 years! Her role encompasses logging sales information, handling new sample requests, and collating information to produce New Food Development Reports for each Menu Cycle.

Emma Fordham

Emma graduated from University College Birmingham with a BA hons in Food & Consumer Management. Her experience of working in Food Technology for a number of leading food manufacturers is a great benefit. 

Robin Hodgson

Graduating from university, Robin has spent the last 16 years in food manufacturing, most of which was spent working in Purchasing, overseeing the creation of savoury and dessert products.
