Our meatball and stuffing skills build on our knowledge in sausage to deliver great flavour and texture profiles, which again are tailored to meet your specific requirements. Like our sausage products, they can be supplied cooked or raw IQF, in a range of sizes, from balls to planks, and even sliced and diced for ready meal and soup applications. In response to demand for “retro” products, we’ve recently re-introduced faggots to the range, with great success.
To whet your appetite, our current favourite meatball recipes include Italian Spicy and Lamb Kofta. Stuffings include Sticky Fruits and Apricot & Cranberry, both of which are increasingly popular alternatives to the traditional favourite: Pork, Sage & Onion.
